Poor quality Sloppy Job

I hired Ulises Vasquez with Total Window Tinting to install ceramic window tint on my truck and paid over $800 for the job because it was specifically represented as ceramic film. After the installation, I began having issues with the quality of the tint and the workmanship. When I started looking into the film that was installed, it raised serious concerns about whether the product installed was actually ceramic tint as advertised. When I contacted Ulises about the problems, he agreed to come back and correct the installation and scheduled a time to fix it.

Stay away from this company! Ulysis was very unprofessional. The work itself was subpar. We had a window tint installed and he gave us a quote in the $400s for 3 windows over the phone. When he came to show us the film he then said the reflective film that we really wanted actually costs more and it would $800. We should have asked around more but had trusted him then coz he said that’s how they usually cost. I found out after the fact that other companies’ prices would not change no matter which type of film you choose.
